Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you ("User" or "You") and EmiratesCV ("Company", "We", or "Our"), operating emiratescv.in and related tools. By creating an account, uploading a CV, utilizing our digital tools, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
EmiratesCV provides specialized digital career software and tools tailored to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC job market:
All digital unlocks, template access, and AI generation credits are provisioned automatically upon successful checkout.
Billing & Digital Order Policy
Prepaid One-Time Payments: All purchases on EmiratesCV (including the ₹199 CV Format lifetime plan, ₹399 monthly ATS Match plans, AI credit packs, and consultation sessions) are processed as one-time prepaid payments. We do not engage in recurring auto-debits, recurring card mandates, or surprise monthly renewals.
Subscription Extension (₹399 Plan)
Purchasing an additional month of ATS Match while your subscription is active automatically extends your remaining access by adding the new period to your existing expiration date.
Lifetime Plan Re-purchases (₹199 Plan)
If an account already holding active lifetime access chooses to purchase the ₹199 plan again, the system accepts it as a voluntary token of patron support and allocates +50 bonus AI credits.
Digital Delivery & Final Sale: Because EmiratesCV delivers immediate and instant access to digital templates, AI tool processing, and downloadable files upon payment, all digital sales are final once activated. If you encounter an accidental duplicate payment caused by a payment gateway timeout, please contact us at info@emiratescv.in within 7 days for quick review and reconciliation.
Privacy, Data Protection & AI Security
Zero Public AI Training: We never use your uploaded CVs, candidate notes, or personal career history to train public AI foundation models. All AI operations are conducted via enterprise APIs with zero data retention for training.
Data Encryption & Security: All candidate data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and protected by Row Level Security in our database. Sensitive payment information is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Razorpay / Stripe); we never store card numbers or banking credentials.
Account Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete your login account and credentials at any time directly through the Security & MFA section in your Profile.
User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain complete ownership of the personal history, contact info, and experience records you input. You grant EmiratesCV only the temporary processing permissions required to format and deliver your documents.
Platform IP: The design layouts, software codebase, proprietary scoring formulas, and career guide materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of EmiratesCV and may not be extracted, scraped, or commercially redistributed.
AI Output & Career Disclaimer
EmiratesCV provides software tools and guidance to optimize your job application materials for Gulf hiring standards. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee interview callbacks, employment offers, or visa sponsorships, as final hiring decisions rest solely with prospective employers.
Candidates are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all information on their final resumes prior to submitting them to recruiters.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EmiratesCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the service in question.
